ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVE STRATEGIES FOR PHYSICAL RECOVERY AND MUSCLE STRENGTH AFTER BASKETBALL TRAINING

ABSTRACT Introduction: The need to increase muscle strength and optimize physical recovery is essential for athletes’ maximum performance in basketball competitions. However, alternative interventions are still little explored the process. Objective: Explore effect of training strategies recovery. Methods: After training, control group adopted traditional stretching method, while experimental combined yoga music a gradual warm-up body relaxation. In this process, we measured changes blood lactate content during exercise. Within 5 minutes, 15 30 minutes after exercise was used analyze between groups. Results: Muscle can comprehensively improve indicators all aspects basketball. Still, many biochemical parameters strength, especially shoulder back, showed no significant group. relative total work (TWP), average power (AP), (APP) impact intervention Conclusion: effectively multiple qualities athletes, providing gains development motor skills with an acceleration stage. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
